Databases
MariaDB, with phpMyAdmin for the times you want to run a query yourself. Extra logins are yours to create — read-only for a reporting tool, read-write for a colleague — and revoking one does not take your website down with it.
Scheduled jobs
Cron for your site, edited in the panel rather than over a shell. You see your own account's jobs and nobody else's.
Analytics
Traffic figures per site, without a third party following your visitors around the internet to produce them.
Backups to storage you own
Files and databases on a schedule, sent to your Google Drive, Dropbox, S3 or your own SFTP server — not to a shelf here that you would have to ask us for. Restores are a button, because a backup nobody can restore is not a backup.
